Convergence Animaux Politique (CAP) is a non-profit charity founded in 2017 to fill a critical gap in the French animal protection movement by coordinating and empowering effective lobbying for animal welfare. We are supported by Animal Charity Evaluators and 1% for the planet.

Here is an overview of the breakdown of our expenses, from our most recent financial statement:
40% goes to supporting our partner NGOs and coordinating collective actions (animal movement support)
33% goes to mobilizing policymakers (advocacy work)
18% goes to organizing events gathering policymakers and NGOs
9% covers the operational costs of the organization
